Vaccination Assistance in COVID-19, Dhaka - (2021–22)

COVID-19 posed a major public health challenge, and vaccination was critical for protecting communities. Many people struggled with registration and safe access to vaccination centers. To address this, Sanskaran Foundation joined the government’s free COVID-19 vaccination campaign, helping community members access reliable vaccination services while supporting public health and safety. Sanskaran Foundation carried out a Vaccination Assistance Program from 07–12 August 2021 (first dose) and 07–09 September 2021 (second dose) in Ward 13, Mirpur-2, Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC). Volunteers worked alongside DNCC staff at vaccination centers, assisting with registration, coordination, and vaccine delivery while ensuring a safe environment.

As a continuation of this program, Sanskaran Foundation also supported the Mass Vaccination Drive on 08 February 2022, during which thousands of people were vaccinated in a single day. Volunteers provided guidance and on-site support, ensuring the smooth execution of the large-scale initiative. These efforts ensured timely vaccinations for community members and contributed significantly to the national fight against the pandemic.
