A vibrant and impactful day at the EcoLens Skill Walk! Volunteers joined with full enthusiasm as they engaged in environmental and social documentation, team-leading activities, and basic communication exercises through a walkie-talkie mock drill. The presence of our Executive Director and Media & Digital Communications Manager added guidance, motivation, and real-time support throughout the program. A theme-based photo contest with live voting brought excitement, followed by instant prize giving. Every participating volunteer received an Appreciation Letter in recognition of their dedication and effort. The experience enhanced leadership, communication skills, teamwork, and creative confidence-leaving a powerful and lasting impact on all volunteers.
